By creating a Frenz Browser account or installing the desktop app, you agree to these terms. Frenz Browser is operated by Frenz LLC (Iowa, USA).

1. The product

Frenz Browser is a desktop application for Windows that lets you manage multiple isolated browser identities. We license — not sell — the software to you under the proprietary licence shipped with the app.

2. Tiers and limits

• Free: 3 profiles, 1 device.
• Bronze ($10/mo or $100/year): 100 profiles, 1 device, 5 team seats.
• Silver ($30/mo or $300/year): 300 profiles, 3 devices, 10 team seats, API access, priority support.
• Gold ($60/mo or $600/year): 1000 profiles, 10 devices, 20 team seats.

Limits are enforced both in the desktop app and on our license server. Going over a limit suspends new profile creation; existing profiles are not deleted.

3. Acceptable use

Frenz Browser is a tool for legitimate multi-account work — managing separate seller / publisher / advertiser accounts, QA testing, OSINT research. You agree NOT to use Frenz Browser for:

• Activities illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of real people.
• Bypassing security or breaking into systems you don't own.
• Violating the explicit terms of services that PROHIBIT multi-account usage where that prohibition has the force of law in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until period end.
• Failed payments retry 3 times. After 3 failures + 7 days, the account drops to Free.

5. Updates and SLA

We ship Chromium catch-up updates within 14 days of upstream Patchright releases, fingerprint database refreshes monthly, and detection-related hotfixes within 72 hours of confirmation. We reserve the right to ship updates automatically via the in-app updater.

6. Warranties and liability

Frenz Browser is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that any specific website will fail to detect that you're using it. Antidetect is an ongoing arms race and detection adversaries are well-funded. We commit to keeping the engine current; we cannot commit to a specific outcome on a specific site.

Frenz LLC's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend access immediately for ToS violations. On termination, you may export your profiles via frenz export; the encrypted vault file remains yours.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email to the address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. Disputes go to courts in Polk County, Iowa, unless your local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
