Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 2026-05-02
Frenz Browser is a tool. Like a browser, a VPN, or a virtual machine, it can be used for legitimate work or for things that aren't OK. This policy sets our line.
OK uses
- Managing multiple accounts that you legitimately own and operate (e.g. multiple KDP publisher accounts in different niches, multiple social-media accounts you've registered, multiple seller accounts on platforms that permit it).
- QA / web testing across geographies and device classes.
- Privacy-respecting research and OSINT investigations.
- Affiliate-marketing and PPC campaign management across platforms whose ToS allow multiple advertiser accounts.
- Crypto airdrop participation where the airdrop terms explicitly allow it.
Not OK
- Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or in Iowa, USA (where Frenz LLC is registered).
- Identity theft or impersonating real people.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or social engineering.
- Bypassing security on systems you don't own or have permission to test.
- Distribution of malware, child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence.
- Mass spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or e-commerce platform abuse (e.g. fake reviews at scale, listing hijacking).
- Sanctions evasion. Frenz Browser is not sold to users in countries currently under comprehensive US sanctions (Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk).
- Fraudulent claim of multiple identities to obtain government benefits, vote in elections, or bypass per-person limits in regulated services (financial accounts, healthcare, etc.).
Specific platform notes
Some platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) have their own ToS that may restrict multiple accounts. Frenz LLC does not encourage you to violate those — they're between you and those platforms. Where a platform's ToS makes multi-accounting an explicit contractual breach with legal consequences, please don't use Frenz Browser for that purpose.
Enforcement
Violations are grounds for immediate account termination without refund. Where required, we cooperate with law-enforcement requests that are backed by a valid subpoena or equivalent legal process.
