Specifics
- New subscribers: full refund within 7 days of first payment, no questions asked.
- Renewing subscribers (monthly): 7 days from the renewal date, prorated refund.
- Annual plans: prorated refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
How to request
Email support@frenzhub.online with your account email and the word "refund" in the subject. Arthur handles these personally and usually responds within hours.
What we don't refund
- Accounts terminated for ToS violations.
- Charges older than 30 days (annual plans) or 7 days (monthly plans).
- Refund requests made after cancelling but before the period ends — your access is already paid through to that date.
