Tier limits explained
What counts toward the profile limit
Every profile you've created — running or idle. Deleted profiles don't count. There's no concurrent-running cap; if your machine has the RAM, run all of them at once.
Devices
Frenz Browser binds to a hashed identifier of the machine (MAC + machine GUID + Windows install ID, all SHA-256). Free and Bronze: 1 device. Silver: 3 devices. Gold: 10 devices. To free a slot, sign in on the desktop app and revoke a binding under Account → Devices.
What happens at the limit
The "Create profile" button greys out and the API returns HTTP 402 with a clear message. Existing profiles are never deleted — even on downgrade you keep them; over-limit profiles get marked as "frozen" and you choose which to keep within 14 days.
Offline grace period
Frenz Browser caches your last successful license check on disk. If our license server is unreachable, the desktop app keeps working at your last known tier for up to 3 days. On day 4 of unreachability the app refuses to launch new profiles until it can re-verify.
Team seats
Schema for team membership ships in v1; the team-management UI ships in v1.5. Until then, contact support to manually invite collaborators.
